Job Description

Contract Type: 6-month \nPay type: Umbrella \nSector: Sports & Leisure \n \nWe are seeking an experienced Internal Fit-out Architect to join our team on exciting sports and leisure projects. The role focuses on detailed Stage 4 Revit delivery, ensuring high-quality construction outcomes. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n \n- Fire stop detailing, MEP coordination, risers, builders work, doors, and other internal fit-out elements \n- Stage 4 Revit detailing (2D and 3D) \n- Specification writing and construction documentation \n- Collaborate with Contractors, Trade Contractors, and on-site teams \n- Attend live construction sites to ensure technical compliance \n \nRequirements: \n \n- Proven experience in Stage 4 internal fit-out detailing \n- Strong Revit skills (2D and 3D) \n- Specification writing experience \n- Hands-on site experience with contractor coordination \n \nTo apply for this role, please share your CV and portfolio to Sadie Nixon at (url removed) or call (phone number removed) for more information
