Job Description Job ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and business / investment feasibility on deal opportunitiesAssist the team in macro & research support on deal opportunitiesAssist the team in working out financial models for potential dealsAssist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concernsAssist the team in preparing business / investment approval materialsProvide support to the team in real deal execution if opportunity arisesAssist the team in monitoring investment performance of the fund and its respective investments, including appropriate returns benchmarkingJob RequirementsCurrently pursuing a diploma/degree in Real Estate or Finance or Hospitality or BusinessProficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Micosoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageousPossess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things.Individual is detail-oriented, meticulous and able to identify the big picture.
