With an expanding portfolio of sustainable HVAC and renewable energy systems delivered across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, the business is committed to leading the industry in net-zero building services and design excellence.\n\nFrom designing landmark developments in London to advising Senior Government officials on energy strategies, they’ve positioned themselves as market leader in the low-carbon engineering space. Now, with ambitious plans to triple the size of their design team over the next five years, and backed by a £70 million investment, they are strengthening their presence in Bristol and seeking driven engineers to join the mission.\n\nThe Intermediate & Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Opportunity:\nWe are recruiting for an Intermediate and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a permanent, full-time role based in Bristol, with hybrid flexibility (2–3 days per week in the office).\n\n * Intermediate Mechanical Engineer: A chance to develop technical skills within detailed designs whilst also beginning to lead on own projects.\n\n * Senior Mechanical Engineer: A strong client-facing element with leadership on flagship projects.

Offers a chance to mentor and support Junior and Intermediate engineers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Leading/supporting the mechanical design of plantrooms and ground source heat pump systems for residential and commercial projects.\n\n * Produce detailed design layouts, schematics, and technical documentation for installations, including plant rooms, energy centres, and low-temperature heating systems.\n\n * Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from concept through to completion.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive salaries:\n\n * Intermediate: £35,000 – £45,000\n\n * Senior: £45,000 – £60,000\n\n * Clear routes for career progression and leadership development\n\n * Be part of a team leading the way in GSHP system design and low-carbon energy infrastructure\n\n * A permanent, hybrid role based in Bristol
