Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham\n\n One of the UK’s Leading Property Consultancies\n\nTHE COMPANY\n\nOne of the UK’s top property and construction consultancies is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in central Birmingham.\n\nWith a strong nationwide presence and international reach, this consultancy is involved in some of Birmingham’s most high-profile developments, including large-scale residential projects, commercial fit-outs, and mixed-use schemes. Known for their dynamic culture and collaborative approach, they offer a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the region’s leading professionals.\n\nTHE POSITION\n\nThey are looking to bring in an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of their own projects and provide full pre- and post-contract commercial services.
