Intermediate Mechanical Engineer in Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are working alongside a privately-owned Building Services consultancy in the Yorkshire who are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join their growing office.

This company is a privately owned Building Services consultancy operating for over 25 years this is an exciting chance to join an established business with a strategy in place for sustainable & profitable growth.

Your workload is varied offering different challenges and rewards, projects sectors include Custodial, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and much more. There is a clear path for progression on offer to Senior level and beyond for the right people!

The Role:

* responsible for design development, including drawings and calculations;

* liaise with Clients, other design team members and contractors;

* liaise with other team members to plan workload and resources;

* produce drawings and calculations and checking those of others;

* author official documents including letters, reports and specifications;

Skills/Experience:

* Sound technical knowledge of mechanical building services.

* AutoCAD / REVIT familiarity (although not critical)

* Familiar with industry standard calculation programmes, e.g Hevacomp / Cymap / IES.

* Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
