Intermediate Electrical Engineer - Building Services\n London\n\nWe are working with a leading, design-led building services consultancy with a London office that is entering an exciting growth phase. With ambitious plans to double revenue over the next three years, this is a perfect time to join the team and make a real impact.\n\nThey are seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to support the electrical design team across multiple sectors and project scales. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop technical expertise, contribute to high-quality projects, and progress towards chartership within a fast-growing and supportive environment.\n\nThe Opportunity\n As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you will:\n\nProduce electrical design drawings, calculations, reports, specifications, and schedules\nSupport compliance with BREEAM and other sustainability legislation\nWitness test and commission installations to ensure quality and performance\nUndertake non-intrusive surveys and spatial planning for plant areas\nCollaborate with senior engineers, associates, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and budget\nAssist in mentoring junior engineers and contribute to quality checking of outputs\nAttend and contribute to design and project meetings, liaising effectively with clients and stakeholders\nKeep up to date with legislation, standards, emerging technologies, and product developments\nSupport the London office in achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets by contributing to high-quality project deliveryThis is a role where you can take ownership of technical tasks while learning from senior colleagues and contributing to a team-wide growth strategy.\n\nWhat They're Looking For\n\nEngineering degree ; HNC/HND or equivalent considered\nAlternatively, construction site experience with a completed electrical apprenticeship\nAmbitious, self-motivated, and a strong team ethic\nGood communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills\nComputer literate with CAD or Revit experienceDesirable:\n\nChartered or actively working towards chartership\nExperience using IES software for thermal analysis\nMulti-disciplinary understanding of building services\nMembership of CIBSE or Institution of Engineering and TechnologyWhy This Role?\n This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth London office at a pivotal moment.
