OZM Enterprises Inc and Liberty Facility Solutions Group are looking for a dedicated and organized Interior Facility Account Manager to join our Facilities Management service operations team. In this role, you will be the primary link between our clients and service
providers, ensuring that interior facility needs—Heavy knowledge ranging from HVAC and electrical to plumbing and janitorial services—are met with excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all interior service
- requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams with vendor coordinators to schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Utilize work order management systems to track job progress from inception to
- completion.
- Review vendor quotes and invoices to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility management, property management, or account coordination.
- Familiarity with interior trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in 3rd Party management and CRM system software.
Location: This is a 100% in-office position.
