Seeking someone to fit 2 roles, please save us both time and read the entire post. I'm seeking someone with experience in interior design and construction/renovation project management to assist with a ground-up build of a new residence in Culpeper, VA.
Desired start date ASAP but flexible. Construction start date has not yet been determined. Expected project duration is 1-2 years.

I'm looking for someone who can be flexible to help with a long project that will have periods of high and low demand. Must be able to meet on video and share and collaborate on digital files with notice. The taste for this project is older, classic Tudor or "transitional", helps if you can work in this space and add value. Ideally, this person will be helping with design from high level elevation sketches down to shelf decor.

Role 1: Interior Designer (Junior)

• Assist with elevations, material, and sourcing
• Have at least some 3d capability, could be drawing or CAD to visualize moments
• Sourcing to match style and budget
• Design schedule

Role 2: Design/Construction Project Manager

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans for homeowner responsibilities
• Track builder’s construction schedule and budget
• Provide clear and consistent project updates, reports

Furniture plans and design concept have already been developed, but specifications are in progress and no furnishings have been selected. Need assistance sourcing interior finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and decor. Homeowner is an experienced custom builder who will be designing and fabricating a lot of furniture / fixtures. Seeking a PM who can help manage the to-do list, schedule tasks, and oversee completion of the interior design on time and budget.
