Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Door Access Control Supervisor to support the delivery of installation, servicing, and maintenance work across a growing engineering team.\n This role offers long‑term stability, great benefits, and the opportunity to take on more responsibility within a supportive organisation.\n  \n The Door Access Control Supervisor will:\n \nSupervise and support engineers carrying out installation, servicing, and maintenance of door entry and access control systems. \nLead fault‑finding and diagnostic activities, ensuring timely and effective resolutions \nOversee the delivery of both new installation projects and reactive maintenance contracts. \nEnsure work is completed to current industry standards, including system upgrades and commissioning.

\nProvide an excellent level of customer service to clients, , and site stakeholders. \nMaintain accurate job reports, documentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.  \n The Door Access Control Supervisor will have:\n \nProven experience working with intercom and door entry systems (ideally including ENTROTEC) \nStrong knowledge of access control systems (ideally including INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN) \nExcellent fault‑finding, diagnostic, and technical problem‑solving skills.

\nA full UK driving licence. \nThe ability to work independently while also supporting and guiding a wider engineering team. \nKnowledge of compliance requirements within building safety and security systems.
