Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects from inbound leads and personal outreach.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Allstate insurance products and underwriting requirements.
- Participate in community networking events and team meetings to build your presence.
Requirements
- Ohio Property & Casualty License () training and licensing support available.
- 1+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, automotive, financial, or retail).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads daily.
- Driven by results and motivated by commission-based earnings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
