Are you a seasoned litigator with a passion for advocacy and proven success in insurance defense? Here are the requirements.

Position: Insurance Defense Attorney

Experience: 710 years

Location: Boston Metro (Hybrid flexibility available)

Practice Area: Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from intake to trial or resolution.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Draft and argue motions including summary judgment and discovery motions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to insurance carriers and insured clients.
• Maintain case documentation, billing records, and compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Minimum 710 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense (auto, premises, general liability, products liability, premises liability, or professional liability).
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases with minimal supervision.
• Trial experience a strong plus.
