As a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Zinc Insurance, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquires, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support related to our franchise and commercial lines book of business.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a book of business
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email and other communication channels
- Receive, submit (where applicable) and follow-up on claims
- Gather full information for policy changes, document requests, cancellations, and driver approvals
- Communicate and follow-up on customer information requests from carriers
- Research and respond to billing questions (when applicable)
- Issue and follow-up on Agency Bill invoices and payments
- Work with clients to quote new business, facilitate strategic renewals and re-market renewal requests
- Issue bonds, bookroll projects, creating and/or verifying customer contact information (including mobile, email, and social media)
Requirements
Valid state Property and Casualty License
Minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance industry
Prior commercial insurance experience
Organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
