CG Financial Services is hiring an Insurance Agency Operations Manager focused on driving operations and growth for the business. Job Responsibilities:
- Must have an exceptional understanding of independent agency operations including cash flow models, carrier relationships, financial value, contracts, commission schedules, etc.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement through establishing key quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines and standards.
- Review, analyze, and implement business policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations while gaining buy-in and support from the leadership team and direct reports.
- Lead coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or two (2) years’ related experience
- Two (2) years’ experience in the independent agency field, preferably with leadership experience
- Ability to problem-solve and recommend strategies for improvement and standardization across the team within CG’s scope of operations
- Experience leading a team of professionals including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
- Proven track record with achieving business targets and performance management
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- P&C and Life Insurance Licenses required
- M&A experience
