We are seeking an experienced IC&E Technician to join a power facility in New Mexico. This role is essential to keeping the plant running safely, reliably, and efficiently. If you have strong technical skills in electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls this is an excellent opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation, control, and electrical systems.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair motors, transformers, switchgear, PLCs, DCS, and turbine control systems.

• Calibrate, test, and maintain plant instrumentation and electrical equipment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Work with maintenance and operations teams to maintain plant reliability.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) or IC&E Technician, preferably in power or heavy industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (up to 13.8 KV) and modern control systems (DCS, PLCs, turbine controls).

• Ability to read blueprints, use test equipment, and work with CMMS systems.

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.

• Safety-focused mindset and ability to work in demanding environments.
