Job DescriptionOur client is a leading Engineering Consultancy with projects in Multiple Sectors across Ireland.Specifying and procurement of process & BMS field instrumentationDevelopment of I/O lists and instrument indexesDesigning of control systems, schematics and drawings in the process, biopharma, datacentres and building services industries Development of instrument datasheets from concept through procurement Participate in HAZOPs, ATEX reviews, SIL assessments and Interlock reviewsReview & input into P&IDsDevelopment of Functional Specifications (FS) and User Requirements Specifications (URS) when requiredDevelopment of system architecture for new Control SystemsWorking with automation contractors in developing solutions/systemsGAMP5 lifecycle and 21CFR Part 11 ComplianceEstablish automation and controls systems scope of workSite work, dealing with clients / electrical contractorsAttendance at site meetings, construction and commissioning supportEstimating values of both completed works and where required approximate values of any additional works.Snag list preparation (of installed works)Working with, lead and coach younger engineers and co-workersAdherence to quality standards and attention to detail ad accuracybe fully conversant with current Irish Regulations e.g. ET-101:2008 (National Rules for Electrical Installations). RequirementsThird level degree in a relevant I&C Engineering disciplineMinimum of 5 years relevant experience , ideally in an organisation involved in delivering Industrial projectsHave the ability to work with Automation Contractors in developing solutions / systems.Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others in a multifunctional design team.Package€50k -€70k salary negotiable dependant on experience & qualificationsFull time Permanent based position in Dublin.
