Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA 25-year-old small but mighty company is seeking a Professional, Experienced Install team. We want the best of the best. The candidate must be Clean, Polite, and have Great Customer Skills. The candidate must also have a valid driver's license. The company has an excellent small-business atmosphere. 

This is a full-time position. We do not work on Sundays. We pay for your vision and dental.  Vacation time starts accumulating after 30 days. 

The duties of an HVAC installer primarily involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes installing new systems, diagnosing and repairing existing ones, and ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. All City and State codes are correct.

Here's a more detailed look at the responsibilities:Installation:

• System Installation:
• Installing new HVAC systems according to specifications, including ductwork, vents, and air distribution systems.
• Understanding system layouts, measurements, and schematics to ensure proper installation.

Connecting Electrical and Gas Lines:Ensuring safe and secure connections for power and fuel supply. Must be trained in brazingChecking for airflow, refrigerant levels, and potential leaks, as well as calibrating thermostats and control system

Repairing and Replacing Parts:Repairing or replacing worn or defective parts. 

Performing Routine Maintenance:Conducting regular maintenance to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal system performance. 

Ensuring Compliance:Following local, state, and federal regulations for HVAC system installations and safety standards. 

Communicating with Customers:Explaining how to operate and maintain the system, providing troubleshooting tips, and answering customer questions. Excellent customer skills. Pride in your work. 

Following Safety Protocols:Adhering to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. 

Staying Up-to-Date:Keeping abreast of industry advancements, new technologies, and evolving regulations.
