Your Role as an Installation Technician: In this role, you’ll be the hands and heart behind our life-enhancing mobility solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, ensuring they are equipped with the tools they need to live more freely.
What You’ll Do:
• Install mobility equipment, such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps and vertical platform lifts, with precision and care.
• Train customers on the safe use and maintenance of their new equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory and rental equipment.
• Light computer-based tasks related to the installation.
What We’re Looking For:
• Mechanically Inclined: You have experience with tools, mechanical devices, carpentry, or general construction.
• Problem Solver: You’re skilled at troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Customer-Focused: You deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive experience.
• Tech-Savvy: You can read technical drawings and handle basic computer tasks
.• Reliable and Flexible: You have a valid driver’s license, can lift up to 100 lbs, and are open to occasional overtime. We are looking for committed individuals who are reliable, consistent and have great job integrity.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and reference checks.
