Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shade, Drapery, and Shutter Installer to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of various window treatments, including shades, draperies, and shutters. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of window treatment installation techniques, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the specific requirements for each installation project.

Installation: Install a variety of window treatments, including but not limited to shades, draperies, and shutters, in accordance with design specifications and client preferences. Ensure that installations are completed with precision and attention to detail, maintaining a high standard of quality.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies related to window treatments and their installations

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and address any concerns they may have. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process. Adapt to unique challenges on-site and find creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for both the installer and the client.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the installation of shades, draperies, and/or shutters.

Strong understanding of various window treatment systems and their installation requirements.

Excellent measurement and mathematical skills.

Ability to interpret design plans and specifications.

Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy window treatments and equipment.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education and Training:A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in window treatment installation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00/ Hour
