Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole and Responsibilities

Install, add, move, change, repair and disconnect cable, phone and internet services

Educate customers in use of products/services and sell additional cable services

Perform all work in satisfactory and safe manner.

Responsible equipment and company vehicle

Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management

Qualification Requirements

Technical aptitude needed to install, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning service/equipment

Basic skills applicable to at least one (1) company service (Cable, Telephone or Internet)

Must be able and willing to handle extension ladder and safely lift and carry other loads up to 70 lbs.

Will work in high spaces such as roofs and telephone poles and closed in spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.

Willing to work in all type of weather conditions

Self-motivated and ability to handle multi-task assignments

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Verified through state driver’s license bureau and meets auto insurance coverage requirements

Ability to work with public with a strong customer service orientation.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or Ged
