The Position:

Installation Team Helper / Apprentice

Function:

This position is based in Sioux Falls.

The helper role will assist lead installation techs with the following tasks:

-demolition of a current tub or shower base and walls, followed by installation of new tub/shower base, wall panels, and shower accessories.

Some jobs include installation of LVT flooring, vanity cabinets, mirrors, lighting, and toilets.

Traits:

The successful candidate will desire learning and developing their skills to grow into a lead installer position in the future. Will also have the following traits:

· Ability to arrive early at the clients and stay until the job has been done right (to the customer’s satisfaction).

· Ability to focus on quality, paying attention to the small details of remodeling jobs, and making clients completely satisfied

· Clean, neat appearance, and have good personal habits.

· A desire to learn new skills and techniques

· Ability to occasionally work late to complete jobs in a timely fashion

Compensation:

Negotiable based on experience and training. Great growth and advancement opportunities

Location:

Our showroom and warehouse are located in Sioux Falls. Job assignments will be in Sioux Falls and within approximately 70 miles of Sioux Falls.
