In this position, you will oversee and manage window installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. This position will supervise installation teams, maintain quality standards, address safety concerns, and manage project resources. They also liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Travel to extended areas may be required depending on location of build. Ability to travel to company sponsored trainings is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  Oversee all aspects of window installation projects, from planning and scheduling to completion and handover, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

• Team Supervision:
  Lead and supervise installation teams, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively and safely.

• Quality Control:
  Maintain quality standards throughout the installation process, inspecting work regularly and addressing any issues promptly.

• Safety Management:
  Ensure a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols, addressing hazards, and conducting regular safety inspections.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

• Problem-Solving:
  Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the installation process, making necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on track.

• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and safety inspections.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills:
  Effectively lead and motivate teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.

• Technical Knowledge:
  Thorough understanding of window installation procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Project Management Skills:
  Ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects effectively, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the installation process.

• Attention to Detail:
  Ensure all work is completed to high standards and meets specifications.

Requirements:

• Windows Installation experience required

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and MVR check.

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work non-traditional hours or overtime when required
