About This Role:

The Installation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing both onsite and online installation of the client’s hardware and software. When onsite, an installer will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on software utilization. On some occasions, they may be expected to deliver front-of-house training to the client’s staff.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure CenterEdge Software solutions at client locations, ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on the best utilization of our software solutions
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the installation process
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in software installation and configuration, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, networks, and databases
• Experience with onsite hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve software-related issues
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Willing to travel up to 80% of the time

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Installation or similar certification
