Installation Site Advisor
£50,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Global Travel + Training + Benefits

The Role:
Lead and manage the installation of steel structures across international sites
Oversee the full site installation process in line with CDM Regulations and company safety standards
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality
Implement and uphold company policies for health, safety, environmental compliance, and installation procedures
Act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery
Work closely with senior project and engineering teams to achieve the highest standards on every project
Regular global travel to project sites with occasional visits to the UK head office
The Person:
Ex-forces background with a construction or engineering focus
Proven experience installing steel structures, bridges, or similar large-scale projects
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and on-site health and safety compliance
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
