This position is temporary and scheduled to last from June 16, 2025 until December 31, 2025. However, there is a possibility of it becoming permanent.

Position Overview:

This is a newly created position that will support our new product offering, Badge Alert. As a Project Installation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the planning, configuration, and implementation of Raptor's innovative school safety solutions. This role focuses on managing and converting digital maps, designing beacon placements for optimal performance, and assisting with the deployment of Raptor's comprehensive software suite. Your attention to detail and technical insight will directly support school safety initiatives and ensure our customers receive best-in-class service and system performance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as on-site project manager for the installation of large school systems
  • Provide on-site support to troubleshoot system or configuration issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Lead train-the-trainer sessions and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Manage, convert, and validate the accuracy of digital campus maps used in Raptor's Emergency Management platform
  • Design and chart the physical layout and optimal placement of IoT devices including beacons, gateways, and related infrastructure
  • Assist with software implementation, configuration, and deployment of Raptor's technology suite across a variety of customer environments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Implementation, and Support to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing success of solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather site-specific information and ensure technical requirements are met
  • Maintain detailed records of design plans, map conversions, and project progress
  • Other relevant tasks as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business related or technical field
  • Strong in-person communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solver
  • 1+ years of software, hardware, and networking troubleshooting experience
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer centric role
  • Experience with IoT devices and system design a plus
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Be willing to travel 100% to provide on-site project management (like travel out on Monday, travel home on Friday)
