We are seeking confident, enthusiastic team players who thrive on a challenge, are customer focused and detail oriented to join our Installation Team. This role will manage all post sales activities for our Trade builders or commercial customers. To provide job coordination by communicating professionally by phone and email to customers, installers and sales reps. The overall job of the Project Coordinator is to ensure a great customer experience is provided to each customer by ensuring the process and experience are seamless.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate to the customer throughout the entire Installation process
  • Monitoring the installation process from start to finish and update all stakeholders who are involved in the process.
  • Review Certificate of completion, invoice and ensure final payment from customer

PREREQUISITES:

  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Construction, building material or supply experience
  • Window and door knowledge is highly desired.
  • Customer service mindset
  • Has the ability to find solutions as issues come up.
  • A take-action attitude with the ability to be accurate with details.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbally and written.
  • experience: Microsoft Outlook experience, Company Cam App

ACCOUNTABILITY MEASUREMENTS:

  • People skills to and professionally handle conflict with customers.
  • Organization aptitude to manage the scheduling.
  • Phone metrics- Service levels
  • Ownership- decision making ability for your projects
