Position: Window Installation Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Window Installation Manager who can lead crews, ensure top-quality work, and keep customers happy. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all residential window and door installations.

Your Role:

• Manage and support multiple installation crews
• Make sure every job meets quality, safety, and code standards
• Communicate clearly with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Solve on-site issues and keep projects on schedule

Who We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of residential window installation experience (hurricane impact )
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
