Installation Manager

Lombard, ILMonday - Friday $75,000 - $80,000 per year
Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all aspects of signage installation projects, from planning through to completion. Manage a team of installation technicians, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Schedule and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and logistics. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during installation processes.Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations and company standards. Address and rectify any issues that arise during or post-installation.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on installation matters. Manage client expectations, provide updates, and handle any concerns or changes in project scope.Train, mentor, and evaluate installation staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management or a leadership role within the electrical or construction industry, with a focus on signage or similar
installations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses: Valid drivers license; CDL plus
