Concrete Tower's business\nunit is dedicated to the\ndesign, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind\nturbines.

YOUR TASKS

\n

  • Supervise and support on-site quality\nassurance, addressing technical non-conformities and ensuring\ncompliance with change management protocols
  • \n

  • Coordinate with Supply Management for the Quality Gate 1\nand incoming goods inspections
  • Assist in the\npre-inspection of anchor cages and foundations in collaboration\nwith Supply Management, Quality Management, and Civil PE
  • \n

  • Review and compile pre-assembly documentation, statutory\ninspections, and reports prior to release
  • \n

  • Organize and oversee the Gate 23 process to ensure\nreadiness for installation
  • Manage\nnon-conformities and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar\nsoftware tools
  • Track and coordinate missing\nparts in collaboration with Quality Management
  • \n

  • Ensure resolution of quality deviations (De-Snagging) to\nmaintain operational integrity of the facilities
  • \n


YOUR\nPROFILE

    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical\nfield
  • Alternatively, 5–7 years of relevant\nexperience in the wind energy sector
  • Solid\nunderstanding of health and safety procedures (e.g. LOTO,\nelectrical safety, fall protection, MSDS)
  • \n

  • Physically fit and able to climb wind turbines up to 180\nmeters under varying weather conditions
  • \n

  • Familiarity with mechanical, rotating, and hydraulic\nsystems
  • Experience in construction,\ninstallation, commissioning, mechanical testing, and quality\nmanagement
  • Fluent in English with strong\ncommunication and coordination skills

Willingness to\ntravel: You are ready to travel\nand work flexibly on-site according to project\nrequirements.
