Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design,\nmanufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind\nturbines. YOUR\nTASKS Supervise and support on-site quality assurance, addressing\ntechnical non-conformities and ensuring compliance with change\nmanagement protocols Coordinate with Supply Management for the\nQuality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections Assist in the\npre-inspection of anchor cages and foundations in collaboration\nwith Supply Management, Quality Management, and Civil PE Review and\ncompile pre-assembly documentation, statutory inspections, and\nreports prior to release Organize and oversee the Gate 23 process\nto ensure readiness for installation Manage non-conformities and\nincidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar software tools Track\nand coordinate missing parts in collaboration with Quality\nManagement Ensure resolution of quality deviations (De-Snagging) to\nmaintain operational integrity of the facilities YOUR PROFILE\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field\nAlternatively, 5–7 years of relevant experience in the wind energy\nsector Solid understanding of health and safety procedures (e.g.\nLOTO, electrical safety, fall protection, MSDS) Physically fit and\nable to climb wind turbines up to 180 meters under varying weather\nconditions Familiarity with mechanical, rotating, and hydraulic\nsystems Experience in construction, installation, commissioning,\nmechanical testing, and quality management Fluent in English with\nstrong communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel:\nYou are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to\nproject requirements.
