Fire Alarm Technician

This role is a very key role within the business, which will grow into a bigger role as the business grows. So there is massive opportunities for progression and elevated status within the business. You will be the type of person who can see that this role will be one that will be very much one that requires flexibility and the ability to want to progress. 



You will need to be able to:



Have experience on Advanced, Fike, Kentec, Morley, EMS and other fire alarm panels addressable and wireless  

Be able to undertake fault finding, trouble shooting and remedial works / small works when no commissioning is to be done  

Servicing of basic fire alarm systems

Have a basic understanding of Intruder alarms, AOVs, Emergency lights, Extinguishers and CCTV 

Identify and document potential remedial works

The ability to oversee other engineers and support technically when needed. 

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. 

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 FIA Qualifications or similar standard are a must (Ideally in commissioning)

Self motivated individual, hard working. Good timekeeping is essential. 

A Full UK Driving License is essential.  The Benefits:
