Installation Engineer

Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Intermediate Installation Engineer to join their growing team.



This role would suit someone with basic experience in installation and is looking to take on more responsibility. We require someone with a valid UK driving licence and is happy to travel.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



* Installing and Commissioning products



* Carry out mechanical fixing and electrical wiring under guidance.



* Finding workarounds/solutions to daily issues whilst on site



* Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.



* Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.



* Support the continuous development of the Quality Management System adopting improvements to continuously improve the customer’s experience



* To ensure PPE is adequate for the H&S purpose and arrange for new kit to be ordered when required.



* Undertake product training on all company systems



You must be flexible and willing to work at various locations and at height, there will be a requirement to work some weekends and out of hours, you will be required to stay away overnight on occasions (accommodation provided).



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



* Basic experience in installation, construction, electrical or mechanical work



* Familiarity with electrical and mechanical principles



* CSCS card



* Hold a Driving License
