We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our growing operations and help deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. This role blends administrative coordination, client communication, and project support — ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn the ins and outs of a legacy trade.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and write detailed project estimates and proposals
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to coordinate project details, timelines, and expectations
- Support back-office administrative tasks related to project tracking, scheduling, and documentation
- Collaborate with our senior project managers and operations team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Assist with reviewing architectural drawings, material specifications, and site details when applicable
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, design, or construction administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- A design background or understanding of architectural plans is a big plus
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude

Compensation
$40-$45,000yr to start.
