Purpose / General Description:

Assist our coordinators in coordinating the installation and service of our industry leading product lines for all of North America. Provide exceptional service to end-users, customers, regional managers, distributors, and technicians, via telephone, webinars, training, or site visits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter, edit and assign incoming jobs to coordinators.
  • Update daily live information for tracking current jobs.
  • Work with sales and finance to assign job revenue totals.
  • Work with customers to finish close out and warranty documentation.
  • Assist coordinators with their projects and learn to coordinate,
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers as well as other departments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have customer service or dispatch experience.
  • Construction experience or project management is a plus.
  • Display high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures.
  • Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Thrive in fast pace/high volume office atmosphere.
