Job DescriptionJob Description

We’re hiring a Service Technician to join our growing team! This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing:

• Wired and wireless network equipment
• IP-based security camera systems
• Access control systems

Experience is , but we’re willing to train the right candidate who’s motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure routers, switches, access points, and structured cabling
• Set up and maintain surveillance and access control systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues
• Perform routine service calls and preventative maintenance
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with clients and team
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and job site cleanliness

Qualifications

• Experience with networking, low-voltage systems, or security systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and work on ladders
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills are a must
