Division: 106 - ALA-SVC

Position: Inspection Reviewer/Analyst

Reports To: Branch Manager

Employee Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Review inspections for grammar errors, regulation accuracy, and description info.

· Communicate with Techs as needed to correct inspections.

· Provide inspection reports to Ace’s Branches and Sales Teams.

· Research inspections via computer application as needed.

· Evaluate inspections for accuracy of repairs needed.

· Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.

· Builds and maintains customer confidence by maintaining good response time, informing customer of problems, and completing the job in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

· Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to understand inspections to OSHA/ANSI criteria

· Excellent communication skills

· Understanding of computer applications such as excel and windows

· Maintain confidentially

· Quality and results driven

· Safety oriented

Equipment used to perform job:

Basic office equipment which will include a computer, multiple monitors, and computer applications.

Physical demand requirements and demand level:

Light physical work with ability to sit for long periods.

Environment:

Indoor office work.

Hours worked:

· 40 hours per week.

· 8 hour shift, one shift per day.

· Overtime will be on an as-needed basis
