The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
  • Present and sell service offerings to both existing and prospective customers
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction
  • Develop strong knowledge of services and offerings

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Strong interest in client service and relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and productivity tools

  • Prior customer service or sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with local market or construction-related environments is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $22 to $32 depending on experience
