Socket is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This role is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, managing a personal sales quota, and proactively engaging with existing customers to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer success, and has a strong ability to close sales over the phone.
This position requires flexibility with call center hours, including work beyond 5:00 PM and on weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to incoming calls from prospective and existing customers seeking commercial services.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote additional services, renewals, and upgrades.
• Manage and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Convert inbound inquiries into new customer sign-ups by effectively presenting service offerings and benefits.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize customer value.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the commercial growth team to align strategies and share customer insights.
Skills:
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree
