Inside Sales & Project Coordinator

B&C is a growing, family-owned truck equipment distributor specializing in vehicle-mounted snow plows, ice control equipment, truck bodies, and mobile hydraulics. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team in the Salem office. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, handling both phone and in-person customer sales while coordinating the backend procurement and project tracking needed to complete jobs successfully.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales & Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for new, existing, and potential customers, providing expert guidance on their truck equipment needs.
• Own the Project Lifecycle: Develop accurate sales quotes, create purchase orders, and track jobs from initial inquiry to successful completion.
• Vendor Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to source high-quality products efficiently.
• Operational Oversight: Keep projects organized, generating sales reports and ensuring backend logistics run smoothly.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination (experience in automotive, industrial, or mechanical fields is a huge plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word), email, PDFs, and a quick learner with industry-specific software.
• Problem Solvers: A strong ability to think on your feet, solve logistical puzzles, and handle moving parts with great attention to detail.
• Communication Champions: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with both customers and our shop team.
