Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA day in the life

You arrive, review the day’s work instructions, and team up with your supervisor to kick off production. At your station, you operate plastic injection molding machines, run cycles, and pull parts. Each piece gets a careful look—checking quality and cosmetic appearance—so that only the best moves forward. If something seems off, you promptly report it to technicians, lead operators, or your supervisor. Before you wrap up, you pass along special notes and updates so the next shift can hit the ground running. Throughout the day, you keep your work area clean and organized, pitch in to cover teammate breaks, and help with tasks like annealing parts or boxing/bagging products. Safety gear is on, procedures are followed, and the focus is delivering reliable, high-quality molded plastic parts.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

No prior manufacturing experience required—training is provided.
