Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bessemer City. In this role, you will operate machinery that produces wastewater covers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Insert metal rods into the machine
• Close the machine door and initiate the production process
• Allow the machine to complete the manufacturing cycle
• Remove the finished part and repeat the process
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Report any mechanical issues or abnormalities to the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Machine operation experience is a plus, but not required – training provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
