Infrastructure & Production Support Analyst in Addison

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Production Support Analyst with strong experience supporting enterprise applications and backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in job scheduling, data pipelines, system monitoring, and cross-platform support across Windows and Linux environments, with strong exposure to observability tools.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide L2/L3 production and infrastructure support for critical business applications and data workflows. 
•  Monitor and manage batch jobs and workflows using AutoSys, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution. 
•  Support ETL processes and troubleshoot failures in Informatica workflows and data pipelines. 
•  Perform real-time monitoring and alerting using Splunk and Grafana. 
•  Analyze logs, system alerts, and performance metrics to quickly identify and resolve production issues. 
•  Work on Windows and Linux server environments for application support, patching coordination, and system health checks. 
•  Perform incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. 
•  Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution and deployments. 
•  Support release activities, job scheduling changes, and environment validations across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod). 
•  Maintain and enhance monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational documentation.
