We WILL NOT work with any C2C candidate or vendor to fill this role.

• This is a 5+ month project with possibility of extension.
• Max W2 rate is $47 per hour
• Remote from Central Florida only, must be able to attend meetings in Tampa 1-3 days per month.
• Must have relevant experience Managing End User Device Migrations and Implementations in a very large enterprise environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus

About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager to oversee detailed project management activities related to end-user device operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both desktop and end-user device services, including but not limited to Windows 11 migrations and end-user governance for global enterprise organizations. The Project Manager will leverage tools such as Microsoft Intune and/or JAMF, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills, particularly in an Agile project management environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Manufacturing Experience: A background in manufacturing is required to understand the specific operational challenges and requirements in this sector.
• Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with demonstrated ability to adapt to project needs.
• Migration Expertise: Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations and general hardware upgrade strategies is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role requires frequent interaction with diverse stakeholders. The ability to prepare clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking and management, as well as strong command of Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage, enhancing communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Certifications: PMP certification is , reflecting a professional standard in project management practices.
• Environment and Tools:This team uses Agile Scrum methodologies, with some projects applying Waterfall principles. Familiarity with JIRA and managing Scrum/Kanban boards is mandatory.
• Experience with ITSM tools (specifically ServiceNow) to delegate assignments and manage ticketing processes.

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $41.00/Hr - USD $47.00/Hr
