Infrastructure M&A Senior Analyst/ Junior Associate

Job Description

We are currently working with Boutique Investment Bank, who specialise in M&A and Debt Advisory and Execution across the Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Space.

They are currently looking to make a couple of hires at the Senior Analyst and Junior Associate level within the M&A team, mainly due to continued deal flow as well as a growing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A strategic advisory mandates
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentations
• Support deal origination and business development
• Engage with clients, investors, and project developers throughout the deal process

Requirments

• At the Senior Analyst level, they are looking for 2/3 years of experience and at the Associate level 3/4 years of experience within M&A, Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
• Past experience within Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy is required
• An entrepreneurial mindset in order to try and help grow the business as well as your career.
