What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design secure infrastructure for ICS environments and support industrial cyber security initiatives.
  • Automate and optimize technical processes.
  • Harden both hardware and software-based products.
  • Script repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Establish and document secure infrastructure products and services.
  • Conduct cyber security risk assessments.
  • Develop and integrate work processes into HMH’s delivery model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering within industrial or secure environments.
  • Background in Industrial Control Systems and OT networks.
  • Expertise in Hyper-V, VMware, and Storage Spaces Direct.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Industrial Cyber Security and hardening methods.
  • Scripting skills for process automation.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and IEC 62443 cybersecurity framework.
  • Experience with cyber security risk assessments and documentation.
  • Ability to develop and integrate processes into automation platforms.

 
Work location: Kristiansand (5 days/week in office required)
Contract duration: 6 months contract with option for extension.
Visa: Due to the short duration of the assignment, only candidates who already hold a valid work permit for Norway can be considered.
