Infrastructure Design Engineer

Colchester

Our client is an established and well-regarded Civil Engineering Consultancy who is on the lookout for an Infrastructure Design Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of Road and Drainage Design for Residential and Commercial projects.



The client delivers Road & Sewer Design packages for residential developments from 20 units through to large, phased developments. They work alongside other Design Consultancies to co-ordinate design packages and liaise with Local Authorities to secure Technical Approvals.



You will be joining a small team so will be involved across all aspects of projects and will be responsible for creating detailed designs.



Key requirements for this position include competency in producing detailed designs using AutoCAD, experience of using Civil3D, experience of drainage design using MicroDrainage and knowledge of PDS, have a working knowledge of Section 104 and Section 38 and 278 Highways Agreement.



Our client is based just off the A12 on a business park that offers free parking. They work as a collaborative team, aiming for the best and most cost-effective Engineering Solutions for their clients.
