Job Title: Project Manager IV – IT (Program Manager)
Location: 100% Remote (North America or nearshore)
Duration: 9 Months (Contract)

Overview:

This role is for a Program Manager who will oversee and coordinate multiple related SAP and IT projects. The focus is on aligning activities with the organization’s strategic goals, especially related to an SAP access segregation initiative under NDA. You’ll manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and communication across cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multiple projects under a broader program, especially in the SAP space.

• Develop and maintain program and project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Support onboarding of contractors and ensure proper planning and coordination.

• Monitor performance, risks, and issues to keep projects on track.

• Regularly communicate updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Manage resource planning and improve how projects are run across the team.

• Ensure governance, reporting, and decision-making processes are well documented and followed.

Key Deliverables:

• A master program/project plan with timelines and resource needs.

• Monthly financial tracking and reporting.

• Executive dashboards and performance updates.

• Clear documentation of decisions, risks, and governance.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication plans.

• Continuous improvements in project execution and delivery practices.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

• Solid experience with program/project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, MSP).

• Skilled in SAP-related project delivery and team coordination.

• Strong budget, timeline, and risk management experience.

• Confident working across departments in a matrixed organization.

• Proficient with tools like MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable handling complexity and fast-moving priorities.
