What you will do:

SERVICE REGION: Ideal candidate will be located in a radius of West Chester, Harrisburg, York, Lebanon, etc. The position is remote with expected daily regional travel with company vehicle based on service call needs.

• Perform basic hardware/software configuration for client desktops, printers, switches, and modems.
• Troubleshoot client desktops, printers, switches, modems, and basic network cabling.
• Handle and resolve IT related call dispatches for a large, maintenance contract customer.
• Update case documentation including floor plans and inventory documentation.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A two- or four- year college degree, preferably in an IT related major
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications is required
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills
• A Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A team player attitude with a strong ability to collaborate and establish rapport with staff, customers, and business partners
• Proven detail- with excellent organizational ability
