Job Title: Manager, Information Systems (EPIC Experience )
Location: Centerburg, OH
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary: $102,000 – $150,000/year + Benefits & Relocation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospital Administration, or IT-related field
  

• Minimum 7 years of experience in system administration
  

• At least 2 years managing enterprise-level systems or EHR (Epic )
  

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  

• Proven ability to manage technical and operational teams
  

• EPIC experience strongly
  

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, day shift
  

• Salary range: $102,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
  

• Full benefits package
  

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement (with receipts for U-Hauls, deposits, gas, etc.)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all non-clinical support operations within the IS Department
  

• Manage and coordinate activities of teams including Helpdesk, Network Engineering, Server Administration, Programming, Applications, Interfaces, and Telecom
  

• Plan and implement hospital information systems, focusing on integration, optimization, and support of electronic health records
  

• Supervise a team of 10 direct reports with coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  

• Lead departmental process mapping, strategic planning, and workflow optimization
  

• Establish departmental benchmarks, quality objectives, and policies
  

• Support clinical quality, patient safety, and institutional efficiency
  

• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
