Job Description:

• Implement and manage layered security for network, host, applications, and cloud systems

• Ensure security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, logging) are configured and monitored properly

• Develop threat models using MITRE ATT&CK

• Respond to incidents and automate security tasks

• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams

• Write and maintain security documentation

• Lead cloud security planning and readiness (AWS/Azure)

• Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• 2+ years in security operations or engineering

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments

• Knowledge of security tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, ProofPoint, Pentera)

• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)

• Experience with firewalls, AV, IDS/IPS platforms

• BS in Computer Science or related field

• One or more certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
