Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Informationsbeauftragter (§74a AMG DE / §65 AMG AT)
• Sicherstellung regulatorischer und gesetzlicher Vorgaben in der DACH-Region.
• Kommunikation relevanter Änderungen an interne und globale Schnittstellen.
• Anpassung interner Prozesse an neue rechtliche Anforderungen.
• Koordination mit Behörden zur Gewährleistung der Compliance.
• Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen Übereinstimmung wissenschaftlicher und werblicher Materialien mit den genehmigten Produktinformationen.
• Prüfung und Freigabe von Materialien gemäß geltender gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben in der DACH-Region.

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten naturwissenschaftlichen, medizinischen oder juristischen Fachgebiet; weiterführender Abschluss von Vorteil.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance oder Informationsmanagement in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
• Tiefes Verständnis der pharmazeutischen Regularien und Branchenkodizes in der DACH-Region sowie Erfahrung in der Überwachung von Unternehmensaktivitäten im regulatorischen Umfeld.
• Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
